I provide one-on-one counseling for adults through confidential online and in-person sessions, creating a flexible and accessible space for support. My work addresses a broad spectrum of concerns, including mood difficulties, stress, loss, major life changes, and the lasting effects of trauma. Therapy is a shared process, shaped around what matters most to you and paced according to your readiness.

My clinical style integrates several well-researched approaches, including trauma reprocessing, parts-oriented work: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family System (IFS), Somatic Interventions, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Behavioral Therapy (ACT) and Yoga. This integrative framework is designed to deepen self-understanding, support emotional regulation, and help you move toward sustainable growth.
